The platform can be configured around different workflows, roles, project stages, documents, and operational requirements.

Depending on the selected configuration, businesses can manage leads, consultations, measurements, designs, revisions, estimates, customer approvals, cabinet orders, vendors, materials, deliveries, installation schedules, punch lists, documents, and customer communication from one system.

The Solo plan is designed for an independent business owner who needs one Erre OS user account. It includes access to applicable core features for managing leads, customers, projects, tasks, documents, scheduling, and business activity. The Founding 50 Solo price is $35 per month for one user. Final feature availability will be confirmed before account activation.

The Team plan is designed for companies that need between two and ten Erre OS users. It includes applicable core Erre OS features along with collaborative capabilities such as employee management, role-based access, team assignments, shared project visibility, scheduling, and internal communication. The Founding 50 Team price is $149 per month for two to ten users. Final feature availability will be confirmed before account activation.

Yes. You will keep the monthly rate of your original Founding 50 plan for as long as all of the following stay true.

• The subscription remains continuously active.
• You remain on the same plan.
• You remain within the included user limit.
• The account remains in good standing.

Solo customers keep the $35 rate while remaining on Solo with one user. Team customers keep the $149 rate while remaining on Team with two to ten users.

The standard price after the Founding 50 is $99 a month for Solo and $299 a month for Team. That is the figure shown struck through on the pricing cards, and it is what a plan started after the Founding 50 seats are gone will cost.

Adding users beyond the limit of your current plan requires a plan change. A Solo customer who needs a second user must move to Team and pay the Team price available at the time of the upgrade. A Team customer who grows past ten users must move to the applicable larger plan or pricing structure available at that time. The founding rate does not transfer to a different plan.

The Founding 50 rate is protected only while the original subscription remains continuously active. If the subscription is cancelled or terminated, the founding rate ends. If the company returns later, the pricing available at that time will apply.

Erre OS is designed to adapt to different business workflows. Project stages, lead stages, employee roles, permissions, documents, tasks, forms, notifications, and industry-specific processes can be configured based on the needs of the company and the capabilities included in its plan. Custom development or highly specialized modules may require a separate scope and price.

Erre OS may replace several systems currently used for CRM, tasks, project management, documents, employee information, messaging, and operational tracking. During onboarding, the Erre team will review the tools and processes the company currently uses and identify which functions can move into Erre OS. Some external accounting, communication, payment, or industry tools may continue to be used through integrations.

Data migration options depend on the current system, the format of the information, the amount of data, and the selected Erre OS plan. The onboarding team will review available exports, spreadsheets, customer records, project information, and documents before confirming what can be transferred. Complex migrations or data cleanup may require an additional scope.

The onboarding timeline depends on the size of the company, the number of employees, the workflow configuration, the information being migrated, and any specialized features required. Every new company receives an onboarding plan after the discovery process. The goal is to introduce the system in manageable stages so the team can begin using the most important functions first.

Erre OS is designed to be accessed by authorized team members from supported devices with an internet connection. Employees can use the platform to review assigned work, customer or project information, messages, documents, and updates based on their roles and permissions. Mobile functionality continues to expand as new features are released.
