a review loop on the task board

The workspace task board has a reviewer. An assignee submits the work, the reviewer approves it or asks for a revision with a note, and the task carries that outcome instead of quietly going to done. Needs Your Review sits at the top of the list, the rest of the board groups by when work is due, and everything you finished before today moves to an archive of its own rather than to the bottom of a longer list.

On iOS the board reads the new states, so a task waiting on a review looks like one. The review actions themselves stay on the web for now.

Comments changed shape too. A thread rests collapsed with its most recent comment showing, and the composer appears focused when you ask for it, so the click that opened it was already the decision to write.

  • New

Send a task for review, group the board by due date, and file finished work in an archive.

  • Improved

Comment threads rest collapsed, the composer opens focused, and a task note takes an @ mention.

your workspace gets a Messages tab

Your workspace has a Messages tab. Conversations sit next to the work they are about, and the thread now carries what a conversation actually needs. You can reply to a message and jump back to what it answered, react with any emoji, edit what you wrote, see who has read it, and attach a file that stays private to the people in the room.

You can also mention a teammate, a task, or a document with an @, through the same picker every other editor in Erre OS uses. Erre OS reopens the last chat you had, and Escape leaves it.

  • Improved

Messages in your workspace gain replies, reactions, edits, mentions, read indicators, and secure attachments.
